When Heather reached out to me to photograph her family we had very specific parameters to make it all happen. We had just one hour, some family members were flying into town, others were flying out so we needed to work quickly to capture everyone together, three doggies included. It was so lovely seeing them all in one place, and it always makes me so happy when families prioritize documenting these special times, especially when they’re spread across multiple states.

The sweetest surprise came at the very end: the announcement that Jake and Marie were expecting not only a baby but TWINS! Everyone gasped with excitement, and the room instantly filled with love, hugs, tears, and laughter. An already special session became truly unforgettable.
